Ho realizzato un metodo di lavoro che racchiude l'esperienza di oltre 35 anni di attività nel campo del benessere, di studi e di ricerche, ma che soprattutto è frutto dei numerosi risultati ottenuti sulla mia clientela. Oltre 30 tecniche manuali costituiscono il mio patrimonio di conoscenza, tecniche dalle quali ho esplorato le manovre più efficaci, fondendole nelle mie personali metodiche, che oggi insegno nei miei corsi. Il mio personale metodo di lavoro è frutto di oltre 25 anni di studi, ricerche ed esperienza. Sono membro EMA (European Massage Association) la quale ha organizzato l' evento "European massage Championship" tenutosi a Spilamberto ad Aprile 2019, dove ho presieduto come dimostrazione del mio Fisiomassaggio e della mia scuola "Annabel School".
Ho partecipato come concorrente al World Championship Massage di Copenaghen a Giugno 2019, inoltre sono stata selezionata come giudice e mi hanno chiesto di fare una dimostrazione al campionato Nazionale della Romania che si terrà a Novembre 2019.
Collaboro attivamente con la Community FB "Vivere di Massaggi" dove ci sono oltre 1200 professionisti del massaggio.

He creado un método de trabajo que engloba la experiencia de más de 35 años de actividad en el campo del bienestar, los estudios y la investigación, pero que es sobre todo fruto de los numerosos resultados obtenidos en mis clientes. Más de 30 técnicas manuales constituyen mi acervo de conocimientos, técnicas a partir de las cuales he explorado las maniobras más efectivas, fusionándolas con mis métodos personales, que hoy enseño en mis cursos.
