My name is Silvia Ghidoni, born in Rome on 22.04.1970
I have always worked as a secretary in the administrative office of the family business.
A sports center in the football sector: football school for children, competitive youth sector for men and women in 5-a-side football, pitch rentals and organized tournaments.
The passion for the holistic sector arises when we decide to expand the offer
to a wider audience in 2015, setting up a relaxation area to entertain mainly the mothers of the children of the football school. Two massage cabins and living area with relaxation entertainment.
I don't like not knowing the topics when I work, so I thought about attending some massage techniques courses to learn the dynamics of a new sector for me. Simple knowledge immediately became passion. Since then I have never stopped studying and updating myself and obviously I have not entrusted the wellness area to others, but with great commitment I decided to take care of it personally.
Now, every day I combine sport with well-being, periodically collaborating with other figures: physiotherapist, nutritionist, athletic trainer.
I try to create an offer that fully embraces the physical and mental health of the athletes and all the associates of the center.
I naturally continue to train and add competence and novelty to my work.

AUTOBIOGRAFIA
Mi chiamo Silvia Ghidoni, nata a Roma il 22.04.1970
lavoro da sempre come segretaria nell’ufficio amministrativo dell’azienda di famiglia.
Un centro sportivo settore calcio: scuola calcio per bambini, settore giovanile agonistico maschile e femminile di calcio a 5, affitti campi e tornei organizzati.
La passione per il settore olistico nasce nel momento in cui decidiamo di allargare l’offerta
ad un pubblico piu’ ampio nel 2015, allestendo una zona relax per intrattenere principalmente le mamme dei bimbi della scuola calcio. Due cabine massaggio e area living con intrattenimento relax.
Non amo non conoscere gli argomenti quando lavoro, così ho pensato di frequentare qualche corso di tecniche di massaggio per apprendere le dinamiche di un settore per me nuovo. La semplice conoscenza è divenuta immediatamente passione. Da allora non ho più smesso di studiare e aggiornarmi e ovviamente non ho affidato ad altri la zona benessere, ma con grande impegno ho deciso di occuparmene personalmente.
Ora, ogni giorno unisco lo sport al benessere , collaborando periodicamente con altre figure : fisioterapista, nutrizionista, preparatore atletico.
Cerco di creare un’ offerta che abbracci nella totalita’ la salute fisica e mentale degli atleti e di tutti gli associati del centro.
Continuo naturalmente a formarmi e ad aggiungere competenza e novità al mio lavoro.

AUTOBIOGRAFÍA
Mi nombre es Silvia Ghidoni, nací en Roma el 22.04.1970
Siempre he trabajado como secretaria en la oficina administrativa de la empresa familiar.
Un polideportivo en el sector del fútbol: escuela de fútbol para niños, sector juvenil competitivo para hombres y mujeres en fútbol sala, alquiler de canchas y torneos organizados.
La pasión por el sector holístico surge cuando decidimos ampliar la oferta
a un público más amplio en 2015, habilitando un área de relajación para entretener principalmente a las madres de los niños de la escuela de fútbol. Dos cabinas de masaje y sala de estar con entretenimiento de relajación.
No me gusta no conocer los temas cuando trabajo, así que pensé en asistir a algunos cursos de técnicas de masaje para aprender la dinámica de un nuevo sector para mí. El simple conocimiento se convirtió inmediatamente en pasión. Desde entonces nunca he dejado de estudiar y actualizarme y obviamente no he confiado el área de bienestar a otros, pero con gran compromiso decidí cuidarlo personalmente.
Ahora, todos los días compagino el deporte con el bienestar, colaborando periódicamente con otras figuras: fisioterapeuta, nutricionista, preparador físico.
Intento crear una oferta que abarque plenamente la salud física y mental de los deportistas y todos los asociados del centro.
Naturalmente, sigo formándome y agrego competencia y novedad a mi trabajo.
