Who I am?
My name is Benedetta I was born in the 80s (we remain vague) and grew up in .. That branch of Lake Como, which turns to the west. Unashamedly lucky because lulled by the great beauty of the painting that from the first days of life until adolescence gave me the stained glass window of my bedroom overlooking the lake set to music by the sways of the small boats in the marina below.
The hydrofoil is the means by which I traveled the stretch of the lake up to the city of Como where in 1999 I obtained my high school diploma and the professional dental technician diploma. After a brief experience in a dental practice / dental technician I decide to continue my studies and pursue the dream of all time… to become a dentist.
Shortly thereafter, my parents' chance encounter with "DOC", the doctor who I believe to be one of the greatest Italian pioneers and exponents in alternative medicine, completely changed my future plans.
The vise bet was launched, and in less than a week it completely dissolved a debilitating health problem that had plagued my mother for a long time now despite the targeted pharmacological treatments.
From that day on .. the change of course, I wanted at all costs to know, discover, study the energy currents that govern the human being, the causal chains, the mysterious autonomic plexuses (chakras) that cause interference.
I enrolled in one of the first schools of holistic medicine in Milan, subsequently to one of TCM, and BLA BLA BLA ...
arriving only later on to a more traditional training in the auxiliary arts of the health professions.
Practically a shrimp;) .. path against the tide.
TRAINING:
Five-year professional diploma in dental technician.
We are what we eat [Hippocrates] .. and we chew, I add. A postular, lumbar, digestive imbalance could also be caused by incorrect chewing .. the mouth is always the starting point, it was also for me.
Four-year diploma Shiatsu Operator, Moxa MTC
Ancient manual techniques that have their roots in China, Japan, India, a sort of oriental physiotherapy that works on the acupuncture meridians.
Four-year diploma in Naturopathy with specialization in natural nutrition and intolerances.

In these twenty years (wow: | I wrote 20) every year I have always followed courses and paths in the individual disciplines that range from those purely professional to those dictated by passion: from iridology to shamanism, from theology to ancient and kabbalistic numerologies, from traditional pranotherapy to Reconnective Healing, from homeopathy to feng shui, from Yoga to meditation ..
I define myself as a curious being who is still at the beginning of the second corner of "Dunning-Kruger"

Chi sono?
Mi chiamo Benedetta sono nata negli anni 80 (rimaniamo vaghi) e cresciuta in .. Quel ramo del lago di Como, che volge a ponente. Sfacciatamente fortunata poiché cullata dalla grande bellezza del quadro che dai primi giorni di vita fino all’adolescenza ogni giorno mi ha regalato la vetrata della mia cameretta a picco sul lago musicata dagli ondeggi delle piccole imbarcazioni del porticciolo sottostante.
L’aliscafo è il mezzo con cui percorrevo il tratto di lago fino alla città di Como dove nel 1999 conseguo la maturità e il diploma professionale Odontotecnico. Dopo una breve esperienza in uno studio odontoiatrico/odontotecnico decido di proseguire gli studi e perseguire il sogno di sempre.. diventare dentista.
Da li a poco l’incontro fortuito dei miei genitori con “DOC”, il medico che ad oggi ritengo essere uno dei più grandi pionieri ed esponenti italiani nella medicina alternativa, cambiò completamente i miei piani futuri.
Lanciata la scommessa la vise, in meno di una settimana dissolse completamente una debilitante problematica di salute che affliggeva mia mamma ormai da molto tempo nonostante le cure farmacologiche mirate.
Da quel giorno .. il cambio di rotta, volevo a tutti i costi conoscere, scoprire, studiare le correnti energetiche che governano l’essere umano, le catene causali, i misteriosi plessi neurovegetativi (chakra) che danno interferenza.
Mi iscrivo in una delle prime scuole di Milano di medicina olistica, successivamente a una di MTC, e BLA BLA BLA …
arrivando solo in un secondo momento a una formazione più tradizionale nelle arti ausiliarie delle professioni sanitarie.
Praticamente un gambero ;) .. percorso controcorrente.
FORMAZIONE:
Diploma quinquennale professionale Odontotecnico.
Noi siamo ciò che mangiamo [Ippocrate] .. e mastichiamo aggiungo io. Uno squilibrio postulare, lombare, digestivo potrebbe essere causato anche da errata masticazione.. la bocca è sempre la partenza, lo è stata anche per me.

Tecniche manuali antichissime che affondano le radici in Cina, Giappone, India, una sorta di fisioterapia orientale che lavora sui meridiani dell’agopuntura.
Diploma quadriennale in Naturopatia con specializzazione in alimentazione naturale e intolleranze.
Diploma biennale abilitante all’arte ausiliaria sanitaria in Massoterapia e Idroterapia.
Operatrice certificata in Biorisonanza.
In questi vent’anni (caspita :| ho scritto 20) ogni anno ho sempre seguito corsi e percorsi nelle singole discipline che spaziano da quelle prettamente professionalizzanti a quelle dettate dalla passione: dall’iridologia allo sciamanesimo, dalla teologia alle numerologie antiche e cabalistiche, dalla pranoterapia tradizionale alla Riconnective Healing, dall’omeopatia al feng shui, dallo Yoga alla meditazione ..
Mi definisco un essere curioso che è ancora all’inizio della seconda curva di “Dunning-Kruger”

¿Quién soy?
Mi nombre es Benedetta, nací en los años 80 (seguimos siendo vagos) y crecí en .. Ese brazo del lago de Como, que gira hacia el oeste. Desvergonzadamente afortunado porque arrullado por la gran belleza del cuadro que desde los primeros días de vida hasta la adolescencia me obsequió el vitral de mi dormitorio con vista al lago musicalizado por el vaivén de las pequeñas embarcaciones en la marina de abajo.
El hidroplano es el medio por el cual recorrí el tramo del lago hasta la ciudad de Como, donde en 1999 obtuve mi diploma de escuela secundaria y el diploma de técnico dental profesional. Después de una breve experiencia en una clínica dental / técnico dental, decido continuar mis estudios y perseguir el sueño de todos los tiempos... ser dentista.
Poco tiempo después, el encuentro casual de mis padres con "DOC", el médico que considero uno de los más grandes pioneros y exponentes italianos de la medicina alternativa, cambió por completo mis planes futuros.
Se lanzó la apuesta del tornillo de banco, y en menos de una semana disolvió por completo un problema de salud debilitante que había acosado a mi madre durante mucho tiempo a pesar de los tratamientos farmacológicos específicos.
A partir de ese día.. el cambio de rumbo, quise a toda costa conocer, descubrir, estudiar las corrientes energéticas que rigen al ser humano, las cadenas causales, los misteriosos plexos autónomos (chakras) que provocan interferencias.
Me matriculé en una de las primeras escuelas de medicina holística de Milán, posteriormente en una de MTC, y BLA BLA BLA...
llegando sólo más tarde a una formación más tradicional en las artes auxiliares de las profesiones sanitarias.
Prácticamente una gamba ;) .. camino a contracorriente.
CAPACITACIÓN:
Diploma profesional de cinco años en técnico dental.
Somos lo que comemos [Hipócrates]... y masticamos, añado. Un desequilibrio postular, lumbar, digestivo también podría ser causado por una masticación incorrecta.. la boca siempre es el punto de partida, también lo fue para mí.
Diploma de cuatro años de Operador de Shiatsu, Moxa MTC
Antiguas técnicas manuales que tienen su origen en China, Japón, India, una suerte de fisioterapia oriental que trabaja sobre los meridianos de acupuntura.
