As the Founder , Educational Director, and author of several of the Osteopathy Continuing Education Courses and Workbooks that we offer at the Center for Continuing Education of Osteopathy in Canada, I have seen the demand for our continuing education Workbooks grow from within Toronto, to across Canada, to Europe and Australia.
Of course, learning manual therapy skills works best when there is a combination of theory and practice. But what if the course or material you are interested in is being offered on the other side of the world and you cannot afford to travel or do not have the time to travel to learn with us?
This realization that our courses were becoming so popular, but that I could not be everywhere at once to teach them, led me to make the decision to allow Manual Therapists to order the Workbook associated with the courses we offer.
In keeping with the latest technology trends, our Workbooks are now available in PDF format, as well as the traditional paper copies.
We are also translating some of our Workbooks into French, and the Obstetrics Workbook is now available in French, and the Pediatrics Workbook is currently being translated into French and will be available in January 2018.
Of course my plan is to be in Europe next year to teach some of these courses. If you have a group of Manual Therapists who are interested in learning one of these courses in person at the center in Switzerland, contact me.
