Part I – Description of the professional

Role and mission

TheExpert Examiner ODM is a figure of high professional qualification, recognized internationally by the ODM International Accreditation Board, the entity is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and registered in the commercial Register of the Canton of Ticino (Switzerland).

Work as an independent evaluator and technical supervisor, ensuring quality and transparency in the processes of accreditation and training.

Tasks and responsibilities

Assessment of the skills of the candidates
Audits and training to ensure compliance to standards and ODM ISO 9001:2015
Preparation of technical reports and improvement plans
Participation in examination committees of national and international
Continuous update on the protocols and ODM framework IQF
Collaboration with the Board of Directors ODM

Part II – specific training ODM (IQF 7)

The purpose of the path

The path provides the necessary skills to perform the role of an Expert Examiner for the International ODM to the level IQF 7, with consistent standards and ODM ISO 9001:2015.

Duration and mode

Duration: 6-8 months • 450 hours • blended (face to face lessons and online).

The structure of the programme

Module 1 – Basics of Quality and International Standards (60h): ISO 9001:2015, systems management, analysis processes
Module 2 – Regulations ODM and Framework IQF (80h): structure ODM, levels IQF, evaluation criteria of the international
Module 3 – Techniques of Audit and Evaluation (120h): planning the audit, self-assessment tools, testing methodologies
Module 4 – Ethics, Communication, and Leadership Assessment (60h): professional ethics, management, interviews, leadership and impartiality
Module 5 – Application Laboratory and Project Work (130h): simulations audit, drafting project final evaluation Commission ODM

Final certification

At the end of the path, after passing the test of a theoretical and practical evaluation of the final design, was conferred the title of an Expert Examiner ODM – IQF 7, registered in the international database and ODM.

Validity: 3 years, renewable subject to refresher training.
